Based on ARM® Cortex®-M4F core, Model TMPM411F20XBG facilitates electric power calculation and communication in smart meters, as well as sensing and communications in other measurement devices. Unit operates at 2.7–3.6 V, with max operating frequency of 80 MHz. Housed in 14 x 14 mm VFGBA193 package, MCU has internal memory of 2,048 KB Flash and 290 KB total SRAM, 34-channel direct memory access, and 9-channel 12-bit ADC.
