E. & J. Gallo contribute $100,000 to Napa earthquake relief, federal funds on the way

E. & J. Gallo Winery , the Modesto-based wine-making giant, has donated $100,000 to Napa earthquake relief efforts, via the American Red Cross , the company said Friday. Gallo, founded in 1933 by Ernest and Julio Gallo , makes wines such as Gallo Family Vineyards, Barefoot Cellars, Frei Brothers Reserve and William Hill Estate, among many others.
