EC opens investigation into Czech mobile network sharing

(Telecompaper) The European Commission has opened an investigation into a network sharing agreement between two major Czech mobile operators O2 Czech Republic / CETIN and T-Mobile Czech Republic. The Commission will examine whether the cooperation restricts competition and thereby harms innovation in breach of EU antitrust rules.
