Fridley precision metal-forming company expands in-house tooling capablities (FRIDLEY, MN)-EJ Ajax & Sons, a third-generation metalforming company headquartered in Fridley, MN, has acquired Swirtz Tool & Manufacturing, a Minneapolis tool and die company.
