Das EU-Parlament hat die albanische Regierung für ihre geplanten Wasserkraftwerke kritisiert und dazu aufgerufen, stärker als bisher auf Schutzgebiete (vor allem Nationalparks) und andere sensible Naturgebiete Rücksicht zu nehmen.
