El Paso's Helen of Troy buys Vicks VapoSteam line with $10 million in annual sales

El Paso's Helen of Troy has bought another line of consumer products from Procter & Gamble, which has been shedding some brands in recent years. In the latest multimillion-dollar deal, Helen of Troy takes over the Vicks VapoSteam liquid inhalant products line from Procter & Gamble, and a fully paid-up license for Procter & Gamble's VapoPad scent pads.
