Electric vehicle chargers coming to 28 Phoenix-area Fry's stores

Ecotality Inc. and The Kroger Co. , which owns the Valley's Fry's grocery stores, announced today an expanded partnership to bring electric car charging stations to 28 stores in the Phoenix area.
