Energy Future Holdings chooses Hunt plan to exit bankruptcy

Energy Future Holdings Corp. has chosen to sell its its valuable Oncor power transmissions business to a consortium led by Hunt Consolidated Inc. in the Dallas-based energy giant's latest strategy to climb out of bankruptcy. The deal is part of a revised Chapter 11 exit plan filed Monday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Wilmington, Delaware.
