European Factors to Watch-Shares seen higher, focus on energy

Feb 18 European shares headed for a higher start on Thursday, with a further rise in crude oil prices and some encouraging company results seen supporting stocks for a second straight session. Futures for the Euro STOXX 50, Germany's DAX , France's CAC and Britain's FTSE were up between 0.4 and 0.6 percent.
