Amtrak officials say service in the Northeast Corridor will operate on a modified schedule Tuesday, Feb. 17 due to the forecasted snowfall. New Jersey Transit officials say there will be a systemwide cross-honoring of tickets for trains, buses and light rail on Tuesday as well.
