The long-awaited report released by the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority on the pay lanes on 110 and the 10 freeways in Los Angeles County found commuters who paid extra and rode the lanes generally got to work faster while others who avoided the new ExpressLanes took the bus.
