Exxon Shuts Down Platforms

ExxonMobil is no longer able to produce oil from three platforms off the Santa Barbara County coast due to a major pipeline disruption nearby. The Plains All American pipe burst near Refugio State Beach May 19 and it will likely take months before it is cleared to be used again, according to a top company source.
