FCC approves LEO satellite broadband plans for SpaceX, Telesat, LeoSat, Kepler

(Telecompaper) The Federal Communications Commission has approved the launch of new satellites by four companies looking to provide broadband servicesi n the US and worldwide. The companies are Space Exploration Holdings (SpaceX), Kepler Communications, Telesat Canada and LeoSat.
