Clise Properties hopes to start construction this fall on this elliptical-shaped apartment tower in Seattle at 2202 Eighth Ave. On Monday, Clise Properties President Richard Stevenson said he hopes to start construction of the previously announced 40-story project at 2202 Eighth Ave., this fall. The site is across the street from where Amazon.com is under construction on the first phases of a 4.1-million-square-foot high-rise campus.
