Families of 2 killed in Md. derailment settle potential suit

The families of two 19-year-old women who were killed in a Maryland train derailment in 2012 have reached a settlement with the railroad. A spokesman for the railroad, CSX Transportation, tells The Baltimore Sun that the terms of the settlement are confidential.
