Family breaks ground for new York Habitat for Humanity home in Spring Grove

Future homeowner Rachelle Sampere and her children broke ground for construction on their York Habitat for Humanity home along the 100 block of Cedarlyn Court. Manufacturing Company Glatfelter and Peoples Bank helped sponsor the project as a way of giving back to the community.
