Package delivery services FedEx , announced its plans to take over TNT Express , a world renowned international courier and delivery service, headquartered in Hoofddorp, Netherlands. This move is seen as FedEx's attempts to expand its presence in Europe, where the delivery giant has not been able to capture market share as in the USA.
