Federal investigators to release draft report on 2012 Chevron Richmond refinery fire

The U.S. Chemical Safety Board on Monday will present a draft report of findings and recommendations stemming from the Aug. 6, 2012, fire at the Chevron Refinery in Richmond, agency officials announced Friday.
