Package Description What we offer if you join our amazing team Competitive Salary Corporate Benefits Package Exciting relocation package if applicable Company events Main Responsibilities As Finance Administrator you will concentrate your activities on the following Assistance to Budget Office Verification of budget information on Purchase Orders and preparation of purchase orders for approval by the Budget Officer Verification of budget information for commitment of contracts, riders and contract change notices Regular generation of reports for assessment by the Budget Officers Maintenance of budgetary items Creation of queries for adhoc report generation. Administrative Assistance Filing of material generated in the budget office Backup to the Administrative Support in the Finance Division. See below what experience or knowledge you should bring These tasks require a sound understanding of administration and finance processes. Therefore, the successful candidate must have at least 2 years experience in both. The role require previous experience with SAP. Furthermore, an IHKFinance qualification such as Fachkraft fr Buchfhrung, Computer literacy and fluency in English are a prerequisite for the position.
