Housed in 3U high, 24 in. deep, 19 in. rackmount enclosure, Flash Storage Array combines four 128 Gbps OSS PCIe 3.0 server links with up to 32 Fusion-io ioScale flash memory modules in 4 individually removable sleds, providing performance demanded by mission-critical applications. System can reach 40 GBps throughput and over 8 million IOPS. FSA supports OSS PCIe direct attached storage as well as Fiber Channel SAN or Infiniband NAS storage options via Fusion-io ION Data Accelerator software.
