Without requiring back up pad, Rex-Cut® Type 27 Max Flex Cotton Fiber Wheels are used for blending and finishing flat and contoured stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum surfaces in one step. Width of surface contact area optimizes blending control and uniform finish. Used at 45° angle for increased cutting and at 30° angle for smoother finishing, wheels feature multiple cotton fiber layers, impregnated with aluminum oxide grains, pressed and bonded together.
