Despite the really nice deal, which is too small to significantly move the needle, I remain cautious amidst a premium valuation. Flowserve announced the acquisition of SIHI Group in what appears to be a nice bolt-on acquisition given the relative low acquisition price in terms of the valuation multiples, room for margin gains and synergies.
