Lawyers in the case of Shannon Dannible, the former Litchfield school principal accused of embezzling $150,000 from the school over several years, have agreed on a new date for Dannible's competency hearing, according to court documents. The hearing, set for Friday, March 11, will take place in Hillsborough County Superior Court in Nashua and could last anywhere from an hour or so to several hours, depending on the nature of the testimony and the contents of the evaluating psychologists' reports.
