Free People builds Beach Town Center's chic factor

When the first Free People women's clothing store in Hampton Roads opened Friday morning, three women had gathered at the door on Main Street in Virginia Beach's Town Center. It was nothing like the crowd outside a Whole Foods Market or Apple when those retailers unveil new locations.
