French car sales jump 9.3% on year in March

New car registrations in France rose 9.3% on the year in March as both Peugeot SA and Renault SA posted strong sales, according to data released by the country's car manufacturers' association. Sales of cars in March rose to 196,572, from 179,865 a year earlier.
