A rash of complaints by Frontier Airlines passengers has led the Better Business Bureau to examine the Denver-based carrier's A+ customer-service ranking. The Denver Post's Laura Keene y quotes a BBB spokeswoman as saying it has "seen a significant spike in complaints just in the past month."
