Source: The National Agricultural Statistics Service, Agricultural Statistics Board, U.S. Department of Agriculture Frozen pork supplies on Aug. 31 were up 2% from the previous month but down slightly from last year, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture Cold Storage report released Sept. 22. Stocks of pork bellies were down 29% from last month but up 136% from last year. read more
