A label for Townsend Farms Frozen Organic Antioxidant Blend, which is being recalled due to a possible link to a multistate outbreak of hepatitis A. A frozen berry mix sold at Costco and Harris Teeter stores nationwide is being recalled after being linked to 34 cases of hepatitis A in five states.
