It employs some 40,000 employees generating revenues of approximately 14 billion per year. A vacancy for a Galileo Risk and Reporting Analyst mf has arisen within Airbus Defence Space in Munich. The successful applicant will join Secure Comms Planning Performance Management. Please note that the work Location will be Oberpfaffenhofen, Germany. The Risk and Reporting Analyst will support the full range of service operations from planning and analysis to commercial for the Galileo Service Operator GSOp activities of Airbus Defence and Space. Your main tasks and responsibilities will include Owning the Risk and Opportunity Management process for the GSOp business activities across all countries compliant with the relevant Airbus directives and best practices Ensuring consistency with customer risk and contingency reporting at all times in compliance with contractual requirements Conducting the customer process for risk and contingency management for the GSOp business activities. Contributing risks and opportunities to the yearend forecast and reporting of cash in particular into the business cluster based on margininbacklog costatcompletions views Liaison with Operations and Service Managers of the various work packages to obtain their latest input and ensure their buyin Setting up and maintaining the reporting environment for the GSOp activites incl. ARM tool and ensuring proper usage of the ARM tool and maintain up to date and relevant information Preparing the monthly reporting across all countrieslegal entities including comprehensive business analysis of profitability split of volume, price, cost and NRC, FXeffects and of cash generation split into gross cash flow and working capital, capex Owning the customer financial reporting incl. EVM reporting and ensure accurate and consistent reporting to the customer on time on quality in line with contractual requirements We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience Educated to degree level in Finance with a specialisation in Controlling or a technical degree with additional finance qualification Good understanding of finance processes and performance indicators Very good knowledge of local SAP systems Saphir and Business Warehouse MRT as well as ARM tool Good knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel, PowerPoint Strong customer orientation Strong sense of financial analysis and synthesis Intercultural team player with strong communication skills Highly selfmotivated and used to work under pressure Negotiation level in English Please apply online for this vacancy at our careers site www.jobs.airbusgroup.com with your CV attached.
