Girlfriend coerced McEnroe to kill her family, defense says

Joseph McEnroe 's defense attorney conceded to a King County jury that he indeed helped his girlfriend kill six members of her family on Christmas Eve 2007, but claimed he was coerced. Defense attorney Leo Hamaji explained during Tuesday's opening of the death-penalty trial that McEnroe couldn't escape his then-girlfriend Michele Anderson's delusions.
