Group challenges permit for oil pipeline in national forest

An advocacy group is suing the U.S. Forest Service for allowing an underground oil pipeline in the Huron-Manistee National Forest without conducting an environmental analysis. The Sierra Club lawsuit targets a pipeline owned by Enbridge Energy Partners LP.
