With -T option, 500 W MXW and 360 W MTW series operate from -55 to +105°C, including cold start at -55°C, and can serve military/aerospace and hi-rel applications. Input range is 9–36 Vdc; available outputs are 12, 15, 24, and 28 Vdc; and input to output isolation is 2,250 Vdc. Operating with up to 95.7% efficiency, both RoHS-compliant, 2.4 x 2.5 x 0.52 in. series operate at fixed frequency, have 200 kHz switching frequency, and incorporate various protections. MTBF is 5.4M hr.
