Applications include microwave shields, heavy block type housing and tabbing, preheat applications, BGA removal, cell phone shields, and industrial lugs and leads that require additional thermal energy during critical phases of flux activation and intermetallic bond formation. Five SMTC dual-shaft cartridges are available in 2 temperature series.
