Key Tasks and Responsibilities You will have the following responsibilities Performing thermal analyses of spacecraft, payloads, instruments, mechanisms and other equipment Performing plausibility checks and manual calculations to validate the analysis results Supporting the development of the thermal control system, its subsystems and components Simulation and monitoring of thermal tests, such as thermal vacuum and thermal balance tests Thermal balance tests, of satellites and their components Application of SYSTEMAThermica and ESATANTMS software packages Design and development of thermal hardware heat pipes, thermal bands, thermal switches Documentation and archiving of all activities, mathematical models and analysis and test results.
