With Time Domain Reflectometry option, FieldFox Handheld Analyzers become suitable tool for any cable system test. Option measures impedance changes along cable and helps identify specific faults. FieldFox Extended Range Transmission Analysis option enables users to measure in-situ, long lossy microwave cables. With this option, 2 FieldFox instruments are deployed at each end of measured cable. One analyzer acts as source, while other acts as receiver.
