Supplied in 3.2 x 2.5 mm package with grounded metal lid, IQXV-40 series offers period jitter of 100 ps peak-to-peak max and is available for range of supply voltages: 5.0, 3.3, 2.5, and 1.8 V. Any frequency from 1.25–54 MHz can be specified, frequency stability reaches down to ±20 ppm, and frequency pulling is specified at ±50 ppm min over pulling range of 2.5 V ±2.5 V.
