GOSHEN, Ind. &ndash; Hertzler Systems, Inc., received the Partners for Clean Air Award for 2014 today from the Michiana Area Council of Governments. (MACOG), an intergovernmental agency for northern Indiana.<br /> <br /> Last year Hertzler completed the installation of 48 solar panels at its Goshen location and plugged into Northern Indiana Public Service Company&rsquo;s (NIPSCO) Feed-in-Tariff program that buys back electrical power from customers that generate their own clean energy.
