The GRF2013 high linearity gain block features a combination of simple-application schematics, flat gain, and high compressed output power with operation in the 0.5 to 2.7 GHz frequency range. Other features include gain of 17.5 dB at 2.5 GHz, and exhibits outstanding broadband noise figure, linearity, and return loss.
