Cheminert UHPLC Fittings permit direct connection of 360 micron OD fused silica, PEEK®, stainless, or electroformed nickel tubing without use of liners. Because of fitting's fine 2–56 threads, leak-free connection that seals at pressures in excess of 20,000 psi can be formed with manual tool. Fittings in PEEK can be used safely up to 10,000 psi. Supplied with PEEK or stainless nut, fittings include ferrule that is free to rotate but does not twist tube as nut is tightened.
