Controller features recovery and refresh functions as well as power interruption tolerance algorithm and integrated power supply protection circuit to ensure data reliability. In addition to respective read and write speeds up to 440 and 220 MBps, features include multiple security functions, global static wear leveling algorithm, error correction, and SMART Command support.
