Home Sales Down, But Realtors Remain Optimistic

Local home sales may look down compared to the same period a year ago, but some say those numbers were just too good. Capital-Area Realtors Association president Mike Buscher says 448 homes being sold in June is down more than 25 from June of last year, but that's okay.
