Able to handle part lengths up to 9.84 in. with bore diameters from 0.118–2.36 in., Model SSH-1680 provides incrementally adjustable stroke rate of 80–310 spm and spindle speed of 250–2500 rpm. Both spindle and stroker are powered by VFDs, allowing dial-adjustment of speeds via swiveling control panel. Featuring zero shutoff for automatic cycle control, machine is suited for multiple-land and tandem bores, heavy/odd shaped parts, keyed or splined bores, blind bores, and thin-wall parts.
