Housing Project Would Displace Fort Collins Businesses Along South College

According to the Coloradoan , a handful of small businesses in the South College area of Fort Collins could be displaced if a new student housing project is approved by the city. The proposed construction would take place just north of the Whole Foods Market in midtown Fort Collins and would be a five story student housing complex.
