Job Description What we offer if you join our amazing team Competitive Salary Corporate Benefits Package Exciting relocation package if applicable Company events Main Responsibilities As IT Consultant SMAX you will concentrate your activities on the following Content implementation for MicroFocus SMAX ITSM Tools Content implementation for MicroFocus SMAX uCMDB Configuration Manager Tool Content implementation for MicroFocus SMAX Operation Orchestration Automation Tool Migration Data from External Database to SMAX Tool suite Testing Content in SMAX ITSM Tool suite Reviews procedures and workflows for implementation in the customised ITSM tool Development, maintenance and documentation of customized SMAX ITSM Suite Report generation and creation Support of configuration database related activities Successful Candidate Do you think you are the person we are looking for? See below what experience or knowledge you should bring Strong IT skill set Word, Excel etc. Experience with ITSM tool suites Some SQL knowledge ITIL knowledge Ability to work on their own Ability to troubleshoot Very good English language skills verbalwritten Ability to writeupdate documentationcreate reports Good communication skills and service ethos Desired Database knowledge preferred MicroFocus SMAX knowledge would be desirable MicroFocus Service Manager Knowledge would be good Configuration Management experience would be a plus Tableau or other data visualization tool strong service ethos and quick learning is required Important Any offer of employment is contingent upon you providing documents to verify your identity and employment eligibility, as required by law.
