Seattle The Amalgamated Sugar Company, of Paul, Idaho, violated the Clean Water Act when it discharged stormwater without authorization under a federal industrial stormwater permit the Multi Sector General Permit for Stormwater Discharges Associated with Industrial Activity according to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
