(Telecompaper) Iliad announced that it has acquired a 75 percent stake in French data centre and cloud services operator Jaguar Network. Private equity firm Naxicap sold its interest to Iliad as part of a deal facilitated by Jaguar Network's founder, Kevin Polizzi, who retains the remaining 25 percent stake and will stay at the company as CEO.
