Illinois reminds commercial drivers about new license rules

Illinois state officials wants to remind commercial motor vehicle operators starting Wednesday there are new federal rules for testing and eligibility. Illinois Secretary of State Jesse White 's office says his office has worked to communicate with CDL holders and the trucking industry about the new federal rules.
