A couple from Australia looking to sell their house found a willing buyer, but only if the couple included the Tiffany the family cat as part of the deal. What started as a joke turned into a reality, and an additional $140,000 Australia dollars for the sellers of the Fran Perceval, who bought Tiffany four years ago for her son, Sam, who is now 19, decided to take the deal.
