While heated by natural gas, DTI-1175 features entrance vestibule heated by electric radiant panels, curing chamber, and cooling chamber. Parts are loaded in custom-produced baskets (with dividers) in vertical orientation and conveyed through oven. Operating 250 to 446°F, curing chamber features full-modulating natural gas burner and has 3 index positions.
