While heated by natural gas, DTI-1175 features entrance vestibule heated by electric radiant panels, curing chamber, and cooling chamber. Parts are loaded in custom-produced baskets (with dividers) in vertical orientation and conveyed through oven. Operating 250 to 446°F, curing chamber features full-modulating natural gas burner and has 3 index positions. Usable dimensions of entire system are 11 ft 8 in. x 2 ft 0 in. x 1 ft 0 in., and completed basket exits oven every 30 min.
