Indications: Stock futures rev up ahead of auto sales

U.S. stock index futures rose Tuesday, shaking off prior-day losses as investors got optimistic about upcoming March auto sales data and an expected rebound in February factory orders ahead of the all-important jobs report at the end of the week.
